I spoke to him recently and as others have said he is tight lipped for fear of upsetting ASX. He said he has a plan in place for the oppies and that he expected a result on PEP11 before next election which he believed to happen before xmas.
He is talking to all the right people to support this and what I could gleam from the convo is that it has something to do with Albo.
