For the umpteenth time, there is nobody on the bod that does not have a previous connection to New Hope or Altura. This isn't independence, it's blatant cronyism.
You keep trying to paint a picture of Buckler being this feeble old man "hanging by a thread" (granted, he did fall asleep at the AGM), but it was his loan that backed Sayona and got it off the ground, and he's been acting like a autocrat ever since. All the people who stood up to him or stood their ground are now gone.
