without 3 shifts 24/7 with an operational plant, i dont see the point in employing 200 nor to continue hiring

unless the hiring was a condition of the 10kt approval (metaphorical brown paper bag for Salta), which hasn't been disclosed

i expect that the issues rest with our JV, they own 25% and have possession, JZ can't force product sales from Perth otherwise, why would you not sell product (unless, the product has to be sold to Argentina and or unless your JV is uncooperatively patriotic) instead of diluting our 75%

our JV its milking the cow, unless they start producing exponentially,

also, ATL investment should be used to bring experts in, not put food on tables, food on tables without regular income stream will eventually deplete capital, whereas a working plant will introduce capital and bring food to the table and require staff
