That's some good research have to give that to ya. I could see the Afr article, not through the paywall but just googling, the afr article results normally gives you one free article once in a while. But the name matches.
But I'm still very sceptical of the whole situation. First a judge on the Arbitration panel dies, then something happens to Clifford and Chance's lawyer on the ETM side.
