I think that our share price is languishing because the bulk of the new(younger) investing public have swallowed the climate change crap and are making choices to invest away from Fossil fuel companies.
This is happening world wide and therefore the volume of funds are being deliberately directed away from companies like PCL.
We see the even the Grannies and Grandpa's who follow this doctrine attending AGM's of Fossil fuel companies and companies who finance them, shrieking their displeasure at the boards of directors.
