my concern is that this is another potential for a class action based on purchasing decisions that have been made between the article and this announcement and what happens with this BLA.

The profit takers got out first thing this morning. They needed the news to generate enough interest and volume to get out at higher prices. Then you have later profit takers in the high 1.00's, before stop losses and even later profit takers in the low 1.00's. Many had bought in the low 90's last week and still some profit there.

Many of those were hoping to have had a more extended breakout period this morning to sell into the news but didn't get it, so a big dump, disillusioned.

I'm surprised by the extent of the dump. Probably will get buyers in the arvo stepping up. This will range trade for a while now. Algo's will just play the pips.

Yes, some possibly manipulation in the morning. It's a short by traders as soon as that kind of price sensitive news does not break recent highs. Too many caught on the wrong side of the trade and they see it straight away in the share price action.
