Wrong on so many levels but starting with the date of his retirement:
“ASX AnnouncementPlanned Retirement of Senior Executive• Anil Mankar will retire 30 December 2024
Then after his retirement the insider trading laws still apply to him so unless you know what he knows about the day to day operations of Brainchip you cannot possibly state when that knowledge will be of so little relevance that his trading can be lawfully undertaken.
