rogue trading is only part of the issue, they thrive on ticking it lower (why do you think the sellers continue to pile up, its a game), as is happening before our very eyes so obvious and selling it on news, there is evidence on this that you are not privy to.... the rest i agree, they have failed to this point....in fact they have not bothered reporting due to what was witnessed on reserves report - simply played upon, they are fed up with reporting hence nothing and they dont care because in the end they will prove it all up
