Well when you consider spodumene output revenue it makes sense no?
Then you look at downstream and the fact that a third partner needs to come on board. We can debate the split till the cows come home but the maximum I see It as 50% chem partner and 50% NAL which we know is 75 SYA and 25 PLL.. Piedmont then pickup a few extra tons to sell as per LOM agreement.
Then you have the protections in place for a minority partner in that decisions have to be mutually agreed upon so the major shareholder can't take advantage (ironic right)
See when you break this down it starts to make a bit more sense and I guess gives the PLL haters more fuel and reason to be against the JV.. and full disclosure it doesn't sit 100% well with me for those that think I'm a PLL fan boy
