In effect the uranium enrichment business has already been split from the other business because Silex has licenced the worldwide rights to commercialise the Silex technology for laser enrichment to Global Laser Enrichment.
We get a nice royalty stream under the licencing deal for the sale of enriched uranium by GLE and a 24% interest in GLE if Cameco exercises its option to purchase a 25% interest in GLE from Silex.
