    OK.. so here is the mystery in the deal..

    JFE shoji participating interest is what they are interested here for the amount of funding they provide for DFS. Ann is silent on this - how many % project ownership JFE shoji will get in return..? I am guessing 50 to 80% of total project ownership..!
