" glad NTEC fronts up all costs till then , surely they are confident this thing will boom otherwise why do the work for free"

Has anyone seen the contract between NTEC and AZL? What has been made public is the dollar value that the companies have placed on the work provided by NTEC to AZL, for purposes of figuring issuance of shares. But where does it say NTEC pays all costs? Maybe I missed that. We'll see in the quarterly reports, if any funds are actually needed except for lawyers.

Does NTEC own any drill rigs? Maybe they are getting into that business, also. Last I heard, there is a shortage of them in North America and a waiting list for companies that need to rent one for 18 months or so. They come with their own crew.

Native-American directors are just like directors in the rest of the world. They have to justify their jobs to continue receiving compensation. NTEC owns a dying business -- fossil fuel extraction -- but still has cash flow to speculate in other endeavors. And part of their mission is to provide jobs for Navajo workers. (Not Hualapai workers.) They can either send their labor force home, where 30% don't have electricity or indoor plumbing, or they can find things for them to do that might turn into real jobs. At least word is getting around the mining industry that they are interested and available.
