Unsure, the Argentina ramp up has been known for some time. From memory 4 new projects coming online this year, 200k lce ramp up capacity.
Weekly china registrations were also very week but new financial year, so happy to ignore, though the next few weeks/months will give good insight.
Still on the sidelines. Watch and see
