I don’t see why PNV would buy another product that isn’t a requirement only a good option.
This would slow down growth in the short term which wouldn’t be good for PNV they have enough on there plate with regards to R&D, entering new markets and the expected large growth in the US after Barda trial concludes.
If there is any deal PNV wants to make a deal with someone who will speed up growth and reach not slow it down.
