    In case you missed it HIO made a new 4 year low y/day at 2.6 cents, -20% below where it raised capital at 3.3 cents a month ago. This is about as big a thumbs down as it's possible to get. Even though HIO has new CEO and has done first investor presentation for over a year and MGT has shown us that japan money is circling

    Above 3.3/3.5 and w can say sentiment is building
