Lowry's forecasts have been completely discredited, but then again so have most or all of the investment banks.
Good luck getting an accurate read on forecast prices.
The one thing I'd say that seems to be true is that until Directors drop their egos and start producing with some discipline, prices aren't going anywhere. For example, SYA hell bent on producing despite NAL having never done anything other than burn cash and shareholder value. LTR isn't helping either - desperate to come online just so they can produce some losses.
