very reasonable statement

at least under current circumstances of this cycle there is;
- a known node size or 2 being targeted
- a use case application that is significant in mitigating energy use and the burgeoning data bottleneck
- a decent amount of data being released to market which supports a potentially viable outcome
- open support from the research facility that it is actually targeting a very relevant use case with the possibility of successful outcome

just on these points alone it is substantially a better bet than it has been in previous years under various management configurations - all in my opinion of course
