Absolutely @Trees. Well I look at some of the people where I am - quite a few retired - and goodness they get boring quickly.

@float^ - Yes I was in the industry but a long time ago now. But I used to tell my husband they would walk over dead bodies for commission and then when we had a banking enquiry a bank was sending out bills to dead people. That is what it is like. They don't really care about the poor old customer.

The trouble with doing my own charts though it is a bit like a disease - once you get involved, it is hard to stop as it turns into such a challenge.
