Oh now stop.. lol. This is a repetitive pattern. They used to put on the explanation what it was for, now they don’t. If you are gonna dilute WITHOUT shareholder approval, then at least have the decency to be transparent as to what your spending it on. Is that asking too much?
This way, if shareholders get sick of seeing the company using the shares like a checkbook, then they can vote with their feet.. but they don’t and so with SOME people, it leaves somewhat of a bad taste in their mouths.
Kind of like a vegemite sandwich?
I mean if it’s for nuts and bolts, angle iron, aluminum extrusion, okayyyyy?
Or at least dilute the thing with a 524 sale announcement?
Are they having issues makIng payroll? These things breed more questions when it ISN’T a one off.
What I will not be is: an apologist for the actions if they are not going to be transparent.
Other than that, I have no strong feelings on the matter? Lol.
And still hold all of my shares. 15745 went long term cap gains on the 7th so that is exciting. Not having to pay the US ***amint 30% is a win. The rest will be following. I’d like to keep them TTT but you are not making it easy at times.

Edit as if it states salary sacrifice, it’s being paid shares in lieu of cash. The well running dry??
