    well, its the nature of the game. Money begets money.... that said, it is a very very negative view of things and IMO a little limited in its understanding.

    the above chart reflects that the discounted price is considerably higher that any VWAP over any period greater than a month. So hardly giving them a steep discount.... if anything, they are giving them the the current NTA price... which they are. which means no one got any special deals here.

    Also too, they are a credit provider..... all of their money will be tied up in medium-long term arrangements. Sure, they could "move money around", but what you're describing is slashing dividends in order to retain the cash to then spend on new opportunities. you want that ?

    This is the cheapest and most effective way to generate new opportunities without costing anyone any money (i.e bring in new money).

    the trust grows, new opportunities created, risk is diversified even further, returns will grow and costs nothing other than the last 1 month's paper shareprice profits.....(which i might add are still there, no sell off). What seems to be the issue?

    66million bucks is a massive vote of confidence that not only will they retain their investment, but beat out inflation and the interest rate rises......
