The only use here is rallying the troops and ensuring other shareholders vote NO and understand why they are voting NO.

JPower have increased by buying on market as per substantial holder notices, even though that counts for one vote.

They may not be confident of succeeding with this offer and be taking what they can get now.

Several smaller holdings via mufg appeared earlier, could those be forming an alliance with skip to vote NO.

Anyway soon enough we shall know either way.

But you will get passed from department to department, answered with generic responses and response timeframes etc.

No gives a sh1t because unfortunately in Australia we love to sell all our infrastructure off anyway.
