Their negotiating skills are abysmal so it would be doubtful if it’s 5 cents.
They should have raised everything they needed years ago, if this ever gets into production it’s a possibility it could get to 10 cents, so many shares on issue then. 10 cents is a long way off better opportunities in small caps then this.
So many shareholders shafted, totally incompetent management.
