According to page 64 of the 2010 Annual Report, as at September 20, 2010, there were 670 shareholders in KAS.

The record date for the SPP is 15 October 2010, so assuming (a) there was a similar amount of shareholders on this date,(b) KAS only accepts a maximum of $3M in applications, and (c) the extremely highly unlikely chance that everyone subscribes for the maximum $15K, then that would result in approximately $10M in application monies received.

Assuming everyone is treated exactly the same and scaled back an equal amount, then the absolute most anyone would get scaled back to would be $4,500 worth of $0.24 shares.

Obviously not every shareholder is going to subscribe, so I'm guessing the scaleback won't be as bad as that.
