Not sure how many of HC here are participating in SPP, but I've received a call few days back from PPA (or its promoter) asking whether I want to participate in SPP. The lady on the phone did not have a clear voice (she possibly believed I could speak Mandarin) but when I said English she requested whether I want to participate in SPP. I said I've already participated via computershare then she hung up with a big Thank You.

I thought they much be oversubscribed by now as they only need $2M or it will be scaled back heavily. On secondary market the liquidity has dried up completely as no one wants to sell below 20C
