I guess seeing as people are actually working out prices of things:
How much do people think it would cost to sort out of the other things
WA1 needs to sort out before Mining?
It has No Water,
No Power,
No Sewerage,
No Workers,
No Worker Accommodation,
No Refineries in Australia.
So it would need to Build a Dam or Two,
Build a Town or some Accommodation for Workers,
Build some sort of Power Station or Solar Battery set up,
Need to Build a Sewerage Treatment Plant,
Or have all human waste Trucked out.
Transport All Food and All Other items to site.
Fly Workers in an Out,
Possibly build and Airstrip,
Work out how to build a Refinery,
Clear Access Areas and Sites,
Find and Teach workers who have never worked with Niobium Before,
Be one of the First Mines of it's type (Niobium) in The Country,
Which has NEVER Mined Niobium before and does not know what it is doing.
And much much more....
How much would it cost to get all of these things done and sorted out,
Out in the Middle of Australia?
Before WA1 can get Mining?
