One strategy is to hold a portion in MMR and the remainder in MMRO. That way, when you sell to make profit, you sell MMR (tax free) and then convert the same number of MMRO to MMR so your tax free holding remains. So if stock is rising, never sell MMRO.
This way you increase exposure to the stock with more MMRO and have the safeguard, that should something go wrong, you can claim tax deduction on majority MMRO being held. Hope that makes sense.
