and you are correct.
The level of disclosure in the anns is also problematic. Some people are in the know, but those that rely on the co anns like us, are not. For example, what a cluster f they served up on Thursday 27th June when they dropped a bomb into the market 1.5 hrs after open on what was positive momentum prior. The co had the info prior to open. The co knew it was bad. So you do a TH until you sort out what you're going to say and then drop it. At least we all get it at the same time. Someone knew beforehand and acted on the market in the 1.5 hrs prior to the ann, and looking back at it all now.

Have a look at the trading history below. Look at the volumes prior to the announcements.

Which knowledgable holder (who does not have inside info) would be selling anything prior to the announcement on Marti and Alameda flow tests, knowing the significant share price upside a successful result will bring? Look at the volumes before the 18th June (Marti flow test result, remembering they were at it for a week or so before that) who would sell if they did not know it was going to be a failed DST?

Same for the Alameda DST. 20 and 21 June, not much volume, they were preparing for the test.
25 and 26 june, after they failed first time volume picks up and look at the vol in first hour and a half of 27th June, someone knew before the ann came out and was dumping into positive sentiment prior to the ann.
