As far as directors involvement in more than one company I’m not sure but I would say it’s allowed.
One can only imagine how much effort and emotions it took Alex to drum his frustration to drill JW to which if you drill the CEO you’re drilling the directors as well.
Not only is the CEO’s actions responsible for the best interest of shareholders but so is the boards, I’m struck for words to say the least the depth of incompetence, a hole dug so deed that’s caved in investors for years of warning announcements continue to dig deeper without any resolution and perhaps yet to hit rock bottom. bar Alex who why they “permitted" in allowing CI1 follow in the inevitable direction of failure….
