I've learned over time that sometimes those big sell walls like we currently have at the 97c mark can crumble really quickly. Basically the big end waiting for their fill at lower prices before they feel like they've got enough and subsequently dropping the sell orders afterwards.
The potential upside with LTR, considering its great fundamentals bar the Li spot prices, is tremendous. The turnaround is nigh, or maybe even underway right now.
