well yes, it depends on recovery factors ..but yes 711mmbbls OIP in shallow 1B developments is worth ramping up esp with Oil that's export grade with ready buyers ..potential we could see a spike in the Oil price later this year with so many conflicts ongoing ...US shale Oil peaking in many locations..
As AP stated the goal is to farm-down some wells? and get development fully funded ...if he can do that just maybe the market sentiment can improve toward forwards plans
