It presently sits $23 million Market cap over the top of its WA1 holdings value.
On a past year average it has sat predominantly at only $10 million above the WA1 value asset, thus presently seemingly overvalued.
Particularly when taken into account less than a fortnight back it sat for a couple days $2 to $3 million below WA1 assets
