    If they have already fixed it, surely "we've achieved continuous production at nameplate" would have been announced, unless of course, you're alleging that they have fixed it, producing and also capital raising at the same time?

    If it was fixed, we'd be producing 2,000 tons at $15,000.00 per ton and $30,000,000 annually (or $7,500,000 quarterly).

    It follows, that if we were producing (with the aid of specialists which you have alluded to) the next logical questions is "why did we have the capital raise" diluting our own share registry at a rate of 5% for the sum of $7,500,000 (applied against our interest in Rincon and Nevada) whereas our JV kept their 25% in Rincon.

    Is that capital raise in the interest of shareholders? What has the JV partner spent? Has the JV partner diluted their holdings to AGY? If not, why doesn't the JV partner transfer a % of their 25% interest now back to AGY?

    I don't know who's working there. However, I do know that all we require are a handful of specialists chemical, mechanical and process engineers working together finding a solution and implementing the changes. How long does it take a few PHD's to fix the issue - 3 months?

    I do know that 190 staff and "we're still hiring" does not make business sense unless there is a need for 190 staff without or without job titles to operate a chemical plant which is currently not operational.

    It follows, if the plant is not operational and we require a capital raise instead of applying our own funds toward the project (selling our own product), do we need to continue retaining the 190 staff or employ other staff?

    Did you email management with your suggestions on what they are doing wrong & how to run the company. Do you know what you're talking about when you rant & rave negative dribble on HC everyday?"

    What do you really expect from management given the above?

    I rant and rave negative dribble everyday until its finally heard and actioned. I have a vested interest in the success of this company.

    I am heavily invested and I have the right to dribble everyday until someone hears my voice and starts actually doing something about it.

    We have funds, get someone it and fix it! If its fixed, tells us its fixed! If its fixed, sell the product and stop diluting the registry for what we should have produced over a 3 month period.
