So when it comes to voting for performance shares...they will be putting their hands out for a shitload of them. They will get a big 0 from me.
This is vitally important and we SH should make sure our vote counts and not be lazy...............a BIG 0 from as many as possible can force some changes to how this being run..............exercise your rights everyone
I have no issue with performance rights, but you have to perform first and not the other way around
