Apologies if this is the wrong forum for the question, but I believe there are some members on the forum sourcing pentosan from a compounding chemist. Assume it would then be taken in tablet form however my understanding is that it needs to be taken intravenously to be of any real benefit. Is this correct and can anyone shed light on their experience with the tablet version please…thanks in advance
