USA agent uptake is the key to RMYs success and having a US based CEO that can access boardroom conversations with larger brokerages/technology partners was needed. Hence the “talking at higher levels”comment from DW.

This change of subscription onboarding strategy comes at a cost with a hefty increase in CEO’s salary over the outgoing chief’s salary and was required to recruit the most desirable candidate.
I doubt Jim would have departed Moxiworks if he didn’t see the huge potential in RMY as his time with Moxiworks would underpin his knowledge of how technology platforms enhance realestate transactions for brokerages.

Jims experience at Moxiworks, coupled along with his existing relationship with RMY Non Ex director Ash Ferrugia who is also the current Moxiworks Chief Strategy Officer and in my opinion the driving force in the company’s recent restructuring cost reduction drive makes for a formidable team to network growth in America.
