I own EOG, PXD, and HK all really strong players in the Eagleford. I have read all news for the Eagleford and know some deals have reached over 14k per acre. I have obtained background material on San Isidro Operating, Antares partner and many of the investing companies in Antares. I have worked very hard to make a solid investment decision in Antares but I fear I have made a grave error. When Antares glossed over how poor their production results were I should have ran for cover. When Antares reported their first horizontal well results and they were significantly different from what San Isidro officially reported to the Texas Railroad Commission I should have known to take my winnings and get out. Antares reported 790 bo and San Isidro reported 300 bopd on the official Texas State production test. I doubt there will be a deal and hope to learn from this. Don't make decisions on my say everything about this appears risky. Always go with your gut. Something smells about this deal.
