No, not a threat at all - just ask Pacific Island fishermen. Why do you think Australia is so generous with the donation of its patrol boats ?

This is much much more than just Diesel vs Nuclear, as you and I both know. Australia can choose to participate in geopolitics in the Pacific, or we can choose to put the blinkers on.
