Considering you once said:
I see gains to shareholders from the merger. They are referred to as synergies in the Independent Expert Report. The third largest lithium producer is being created, and if you are voting no because you are short you better fear.
The gains we have seen Fri and that are now implied on Monday are just the beginning. Make no mistake, the merged company will be a force in the market.
