    Also sf120, don’t forget the daily accruing penalty that has been imposed by the ICC & ICSID, that is EUR 100,000/day

    The last time I did the calculation was 30th April and the amount due by Cominiere was 26,150,000 euros.

    Today, 11th July, the current penalty due is now 33,250,000 euros, or AUD 53,400,554.
