Research concessional contributions carry forward cap, if your balance is under $500K as of 30 June the previous year (which you may be above by the sounds) - you can put 5 years worth of concessional contributions in one go.

Then when BOT gets to well above a dollar (which it will) - start your pension in your fund and pay potentially absolutely no tax on your earnings as an account based pension in an SMSF is a zero tax environment on the earnings within the fund.
Genius eh? Check with your accountant/adviser of course.
