It actually is a problem for RMS. There gets a point where they have to give too much away of themselves for control.....whilst script theoretically can be printed to oblivion.....RMS script has a tangible value which you destroy through expanding the capital base. I think we're at a tipping point with SPR script at a point of valuation that makes it difficult for RMS to close a deal without cannibalising their own script

RMS moved far to late. SL has run rings around them. Wasn’t it RMS that offered $10m when they were on their knees for the plant?
