If you look closely at the extracted screenshot you will see they are running a Brainchip demonstration (bcdemo).
If you watch the YouTube video link you will see where this screen shot was taken from.
If you open the second Fraunhofer link you will find that this demonstration won an award for Fraunhofer.
If you do some digging you will discover that Boston Dynamics is owned by Hyundai and that Fraunhofer is a long standing major research organisation used by Hyundai.
