the military now have the greenlight for a coup, being loyal to the constitution and all that
they take over - they install a president - who will pardon all of them and make whatever decisions they require without challenge - they plonk in a new constitution and use the precedent that SCOTUS has now set as a base for a while
thanks to SCOTUS ------ the military now can follow the interpretations of the constitution - and --------- rewrite the whole thing
