Back here after not looking at the stock for many years and seems nothing has changed.
My exit was when Schapera joined the board as I knew the company had nothing of substance and that’s why he gladly joined the team as he was a perfect fit in that as long as he got his money and lots of it for doing nothing he would keep his mouth shut and not leak out that the company didn’t have anything of substance. I believe he may have also done that with another ASX listed company that also thought they had revolutionary products where history now will show they too had nothing.
So what’s changed now??

Seems like the new CEO who really should have been employed as simply the head of technology at the time is now being criticized for not performing like a CEO. He has failed to commercial the product well enough to bring in any meaningful revenues, YET no mention is made about the Chairman who has supposedly had global success in helping his previous company set up a merger for about $800m and just recently that company was sold for about 1.3 billion. His position in that company was CEO.
So it seems somewhat unfair that all the blame is directed at Idan for lack of commercial success yet nothing pointed in the
direction of the Chairman.
Maybe one our largest shareholders can answer that question.
Looks like it still remains a lifestyle company after all and once someone in the company does not fit in with that culture he will be removed.
Who will be the next head to roll ????
Good thing is this time around we may be able to replace him with a digital head.
