THE AWARD DETAILS:We are delighted that our Colleagues from Fraunhofer Heinrich Hertz Institute HHI won the “Best Demonstration Award” at the #IEEE#ICMLCN 2024 Conference in Stockholm (5–8 May 2024), for their work “PoC Implementation of Neuromorphic Wireless Cognition: Gesture Recognition for Robotic Control”. The work integrates wireless communications with neuromorphic sensing and processing (mimicking the human brain), to deliver energy-efficient, low-complexity and low-latency edge intelligence. We are proud about the award and kudos to our #Researchers:Yuzhen Ke, Mehdi Heshmati, Dr. Zoran Utkovski, Dr. Johannes Dommel and Prof. Slawomir Stanczak.
