Prior to the company relisting you should have received a letter from the company with an enclosed copy of your CDI holding statement with SRN and confirming your allotment. If you didn't get this becuase your address has changed you should contact Computershare on 1300 850 505 (if calling within Australia) or +61 8 92114600 (if calling from overseas). Alternatively, you can update your address online, via www.investorcentre.com.au.
