I would not count on a bid from RMS - it’s a very big bid for RMS - may take a bid of up to $1.5b to be successful. It could happen but mat not.
Look at BGL - it could have been taken out a few years ago at a much cheaper price but was not - it had always traded at a premium even back a few years.
DEG is the same - GOR has had 20% for a number of years bit no bid - EV for DEG is about $1.7b - DEG has always been fully valued.No other bids yet.
That is gold developers with potentially very low AISC often trade at a very high price making it difficult to for a buyer to justify the price of a bid.
