I noticed that on one of their pressers the dose went from PFU/Patient to PFU/mL for the IT cohort in the mono therapy and the same for cohort 3 in the combo , I don't know the difference it was announced as trial protocol change no.9 in the Abstract presentation at AASR 2024 in April. Obviously they spotted something and have upped the dose? All must be good and adapting as we go.
