im not sure what you’re asking
it’s been said before by don that the project is on state land
( whether he means some , most or all of it I don’t know)
the bits we have based our scoping study on are state land as far as I know
and the current drilling round is on state land as far as I know
the scandium in Arizona is fed land I think

but as blue said
ask Don
i think the plan is and always has been to define the resource on state land and start mining as soon as possible and work through permitting for fed permits
but hey
if we go from 2 billion ton to 4 billion ton on state land
who cares about the rest really

wish they would say something about current drilling soon
