a director buying or selling in company security post a visual inspection of the chips and pre the assays should suffer badly, very badly, at the hands of ASIC.
If it were a transfer between classes of securities, that its also not satisfactory. And if he had the disclosure would have been received by now.
A director is an 'insider' and everything he or she does should be beyond reproach. Sure they can buy and sell shares , but not when they are privy to potential inside info as this dude was-you simply do not do it.
Any responsible director of a junior exploration company knows that there are only a few windows to buy and sell each year and they occur shortly after a quarterly report .This is subject to no other price sensitive activity/results starting to be received being undertaken.
Any director who has done what he has done , is either suffering from commercial ethics or reduced mental capacity.
